User Conduct You agree to support a respectful, collaborative indie gaming community: Prohibited activities include: Posting fake or malicious reviews (e.g., false claims about game quality, personal attacks on developers) Harassing, bullying, or discriminating against developers or other users Sharing pirated copies of indie games or circumventing paywalls Impersonating developers, staff, or other users Spamming forums with unrelated content or self-promotion Violating developers’ intellectual property (e.g., redistributing game assets without permission) Violations may result in account suspension, review removal, or permanent bans—we prioritize protecting indie creators and their work. 5. Intellectual Property 5.1 Platform and Developer Ownership All Platform content (software, interface, recommendation algorithms) is owned by abacaxi.top, protected by IP laws. All indie games, artwork, music, and lore on the Platform are owned by their respective developers, protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute developer content without explicit permission from the creator. 5.2 User-Generated Content (UGC) You retain ownership of UGC (e.g., game reviews, forum posts, fan art). Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties (express or implied) We are not liable for direct/indirect damages related to indie games (e.g., dissatisfaction with a title, technical issues in developer-created content) Our total liability for any claims is limited to $50 (or the value of any donations/purchases made) This excludes liability for gross negligence, fraud, or personal injury. 8. Dispute Resolution Disputes are governed by Florida law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Miami-Dade County courts. Disputes between users and developers are encouraged to be resolved through our mediation service before legal action. 10. Termination These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may terminate for any reason—you must cease using the Platform upon termination. 11. Miscellaneous These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and abacaxi.top. Invalid provisions do not affect others. Our failure to enforce terms does not waive them.
